SIGMA INSURANCE BROKERS LTD is an insurance agency, specialized in the field of yacht insurances, established by Mrs. Anna (Anous) Solakian who has been in this market since 1989.

The office is based at the Athenian Riviera, Southern Athens, Greece, just in front of one of the major Marinas of Greece, Marina of Alimos, being concurrently updated for all contemporary boating developments.

The agency offers insurance policies from A Class Insurance Companies, either from the European (England, Italy, Germany, France, Monaco, etc.) or local market through major Greek Insurance Companies.

Using our expertise and knowledge, we offer integrated, tailor made solutions that meet every insurance requirement, considering each case separately. In regard to claims we handle and follow-up each case either by in-house management or cooperating with our competent and reputable surveyors.

Number 351088/487 G.E.MI. 133483601000 and is covered by Professional Liability Insurance in accordance to Law 4583/2018 clause 21

ANNA SOLAKIAN

General Management

Graduate of the University Of Athens School Of Economics, Anna (Anous) Solakian, joined ‘AQUA SPORT’ a Greek pioneering company of that time, importing and selling luxurious motor yachts. As of 1992 and up to date she runs SIGMA INSURANCE BROKERS AGENCY, specialized in yacht insurances and everything else that is involved in this segment, having secured cooperation with the most reliable insurance companies in Europe (England, Germany, France, Italy) as well as from the domestic market.

During her professional career she has visited multiple well-known shipyards and boat exhibitions around the world. Her knowledge both in technical and maritime issues establishes her as a valuable partner who meets and provides any insurance requirement, either in terms of proper insurance coverage or in loss management.

She is a graduate of a Private Accounting School and she has worked both in stock exchange office and in advertising. Since 2004 she has joined the SIGMA team as a Certified Insurance Consultant. Today she is an invaluable asset of the company, involved in sales as well as being the head of the Client service department.

Graduated the American College of Athens (DEREE) with double major in Marketing Management & Finance. She has worked in Advertising and Communication consulting companies. Since 2016 she has joined SIGMA's team as a Certified Insurance consultant. She is responsible for new business - promotions and Sales department.

Graduate of Technological Educational Institute the department Civil Engineering Infrastructure. As of January 2018 she has joined the SIGMA team, supporting the customer service department and being responsible for all back office requirements.
